Turn the main switch to position "1".
Once the welder is ready for use, the "Two sided spot
welding" application is shown on the display. This
application is only displayed the first time the welder is
started. Thereafter when the welder is ready for use it
will display the latest used program.
(510, 530) Press the trigger to perform an automatic
impedance calibration.
Pneumatic air is used for:
forcing the c-tong to close and open.
cooling the welding cables.
The pneumatic air pressure is regulated with the pressure regulator, and the
set pressure is indicated on the pressure gauge.
Upon leaving the manufacturer, the default pressure is set to 5 bar (73 PSI).
IMPORTANT! (500 DA)The recommended air pressure [5 bar (73 PSI)]
shall not be changed!
Reset the air pressure to 5 bar (73 PSI) as follows:
1. Unlock the pressure regulator [1] by pulling it out.
2. Turn the pressure regulator to set the pneumatic air pressure.
- Turn the pressure regulator clockwise to increase the air pressure.
- Turn the pressure regulator counter-clockwise to decrease the air
pressure.
3. (500 DA) Make sure that the set air pressure is 5 bar (73 PSI) by
inspecting the set air pressure on the pressure gauge [2].
(510, 530) Set the air pressure to recommened value according to
the panel in Figure 4.4.
4. Lock the pressure regulator by pressing it in.
