The keyboard does not work

Solution
Clear the sticking key, then turn off the server,
wait for a few seconds, then turn the server
back on.
Make sure the cable is plugged in correctly.
Turn off the server. Turn the keyboard upside
down to drain, then turn it right side up to let
it dry before using the keyboard again.
Try a keyboard you know is working.
Solution
Make sure the cable is plugged in correctly.
Load the appropriate mouse driver manually or
contact Gateway Technical Support.
Try a mouse that you know is working.
