Example of an Alarm Display
• A Shape (SP_0) is used for the
background rectangle. In this
example, it is Button 0 from the
Button1 shape library.
• Some TEXT is placed on the
Shape to identify what is being
displayed. (Shown as "Message
Display" in the example)
• Two Set Word parts are used to
increment and decrement the
alarm register. (Buttons with plus
and minus signs)
• A Numeric Data part is used to
display the topmost active alarm
message number.
• The actual Alarm Display part is
placed on top of the shape. The
alarm messages appear in the Alarm Display.
