Move the green lever in the direction of the

arrow.
While gripping the lever, pull out Unit 1 (fixing

unit).
Pull out Unit 2 (duplexing unit) and Unit 3
(duplexing transport unit) together.
Open the left cover.

Remove the jammed paper in the cover.

CAUTION:
● The parts located in the area around the green
knob are subject to high temperatures. When
removing jammed paper, take care not to touch
anything in this area except the green knob.
Close the cover.
