[0] = Manual (default)
[1] = Auto Non-Revertive
[2] = Auto Revertive
Selects the fallback clock source on which the device synchronizes in
the event of a clock failure.

[10] = NetRef1
[11] = NetRef2
Determines the NetRef frequency (for both generation and
synchronization).

loaded.
