ETH Configured as a LAN

When an Ethernet interface (ETH0, ETH1, or ETH2) is configured as a LAN, settings the Connection Manager are not
applicable, so none of the configuration settings are available. Connection Manager settings are only applicable for an
Ethernet interface if it is configured as a WAN.
