c. Antirotation Arm, P300 Only (Figure 3–6)
1. Remove power cord (1). Open cover (2). Put ribbon drive in service position per paragraph 3–4c
step 4.
2. Remove two screws (3).
3. Move antirotation arm (4) upward until flat clears spring (5). Rotate arm (4) forward and remove
from printer.
4. Wipe both flat surfaces of antirotation arm (4) and bearing surface (5). Apply a light coating of
medium bearing grease to both flat surfaces.
5. Put antirotation arm (4) into position behind spring (5).
6. Install two screws (3). Torque to 12 in–lbs.
7. Put ribbon drive in normal position per paragraph 3–4c step 9. Close cover (2). Connect power
cord (1).
