MASTER TUNE
Determines the overall pitch of the Virus. 0 = A 440 Hz. You can detune the device a half-note up or
down at the most.
MEMORY PROTECT
Locks (ON) or unlocks (OFF) the memory in which the sounds of the Virus are stored. When you
switch MEMORY PROTECT on, you can avoid inadvertent overwriting of programs when you acci-
dentally press the STORE button.
LCD CONTRAST
Lets you adjust the contrast of the LC display to different light conditions and viewing angles.
ARPGLOBAL
Enables or disables the arpeggiator globally. The global parameter overwrites the arpeggiator ON/
OFF setting of the individual patches.
DELAYGLOBAL
Enables or disables the delay globally. This global parameter overwrites the Delay/Reverb setting of
the individual patches.
MEMPROTECT
The memory protect parameter has an additional setting called "WARN" (for "warnings")
