A coupled protection signal, or an expired watchdog timer.
An Inhibit input signal. See Appendix C for further information.

Clear All Outputs - To clear the protection function, first remove
that condition that caused the protection fault. Then select Clear All
Outputs. This clears the protection function and returns the output
to its previous operating state.
Enable Output Coupling – Checking this box lets you couple the
outputs so that when a protection fault occurs on one output, ALL
outputs will be turned off.
Advanced button – Advanced protection properties are configured in
the Advanced Protection window. Navigate to and select Advanced.
From the remote interface:
To program the OVP level for outputs 1 and 2 to 10 V:
VOLT:PROT 10,(@1,2)
To enable OCP for outputs 1 and 2:
CURR:PROT:STAT 1,(@1,2)
To specify a 10 millisecond delay for the OCP:
CURR:PROT:DEL.01,(@1,2)
To start the delay timer by ANY output transition into CC mode:
CURR:PROT:DEL:STAR CCTR, (@1,2)
To start the timer by a settings change in voltage current or output:
CURR:PROT:DEL:STAR SCH, (@1,2)
To enable output protection coupling:
OUTP:PROT:COUP ON
To clear an output protection fault on output 1:
OUTP:PROT:CLE (@1)
