REP 11.5 Top Plate

Removal
WARNING
Switch off the power and disconnect the Power Cord.
1. Remove the printer from the 550 Sheet Feeder
2. Remove the Tray from the Feeder.
3. Remove the 550 Sheet Feeder Right Cover
4. Remove the 550 Sheet Feeder Left Cover
5. Remove 550 Sheet Feeder Gear Bracket Assembly
6. Remove the screw that secures the Top Plate to the Feeder
7. Lift and remove the Top Plate from the Feeder

Replacement
1. Reinstall the components in the reverse order.

Removal

2. Remove the Tray from the Feeder.
3. Remove the 550 Sheet Feeder Right Cover
4. Remove the 550 Sheet Feeder Left Cover
5. Remove 550 Sheet Feeder Gear Bracket Assembly
6. Remove the Top Plate (REP 11.5).
7. Remove the six screws that secure the 550 Sheet Feeder Drive Assembly to the 550
Sheet Feeder (Figure 1).
8. Remove the Feeder Drive Assembly

Replacement
1. Reinstall the components in the reverse order.
