Procedure
Switch the printer power off. Remove the Left Interface Cover
installed in Slot 1 (slot 1 is the middle DIMM slot). Switch the printer power on. The
code reappears.

Switch the printer power off. Install the removed DIMM in Slot 2 (bottom DIMM slot).
Switch the printer power on. The error code reappears.

Switch the printer power off. Remove DIMM from Slot 2 (bottom DIMM slot) and
install the DIMM in slot 1 (middle DIMM slot). Switch the printer power on. The error
code reappears.

Attribute the problem to a poor connection between the DIMM and the System
Controller PWB. Go to
Replace the System Controller PWB
Replace the DIMM installed in slot 2 with a new DIMM
Replace the System Controller PWB
