RAP 18 Fuser Failure Power Off/On (U4)
There is a problem with the Fuser Assembly.
Procedure
Switch the printer power off. Wait a few minutes, then switch the printer power on. The
Code reappears.

Run 25 to 30 test prints. The Error code reappears.

There is problem with Non-Volatile RAM.
Procedure
Error Switch the printer power off then on. The U6 Error Code appears.

To ensure that the problem is solved, switch the printer power off and on several times.
The U6 Error Code reappears.

Enter Diagnostics and select NVM Config (password 0734). It is possible to enter into
the NVM Config.

Replace the Print Engine Controller PWB
Check the NVM Data one by one referring to the NVM Table
data is set properly.

The incorrect data is read only.

Set the data to the default value.
Replace the Print Engine Controller PWB
Go to RAP 44.
