Procedure
Switch the printer power off. Remove the Left Interface Cover
installed in Slot 2 (slot 2 is the bottom DIMM slot). Switch the printer power on. The
code reappears.

Switch the printer power off. Install the removed DIMM in Slot 3 (top DIMM slot). Switch
the printer power on. The error code reappears.

Switch the printer power off. Remove DIMM from Slot 3 (top DIMM slot) and install
the DIMM in slot 2 (bottom DIMM slot). Switch the printer power on. The error code
reappears.

Attribute the problem to a poor connection between the DIMM and the System
Controller PWB. Go to Initial
Replace the System Controller PWB
Replace the DIMM installed in slot 3 with a new DIMM
