Replacement
1. Reinstall the components in the reverse order.

Removal
Switch off the power and disconnect the Power Cord.
1. Remove the Duplex Assembly
2. Remove the Turn Chute Assembly
3. Remove the Duplex Cover (REP
4. Remove the Drive Cover (REP
5. Remove the Duplex PWB (REP
6. Remove the Connector Chute Assembly
7. Remove the Motor Assembly
8. Release the locking tab and remove the Middle Belt Stopper
9. Remove the Synchronous Belt from the pulley.
10. Remove the Middle Duplex Gear
11. Remove 17 and 18 Gear (Figure
12. Use a small screwdriver to release the left and right bearings
13. Lift the Middle Roll Assembly then move the roller to the left until the right end is free
