REP 7.3 Print Cartridge Sensor Assembly

Removal
Switch off the power and disconnect the Power Cord.
1. Remove Tray 1.
2. Remove the Left Interface Cover Assembly
3. Remove the Front Cover Assembly
4. Remove the Left Front Cover (REP
5. Remove the Top Cover Assembly (REP
6. Remove the Left Plate Assembly (REP
7. Open the Rear Cover.
8. Remove the Print Cartridge Top Guide Assembly
9. Release the harness of the Print Cartridge Sensor Assembly from the three clamps
securing it to the Print Cartridge Top Guide Assembly
10. With a small screwdriver pry the right shaft free of the assembly
11. With a small screwdriver pry the left shaft free of the assembly. Remove the Sensor
Assembly (Figure 1).

12. Remove the Sensor Assembly
