Enter a valid VPI value.

Enter a unique 40 bit ATM address.

CAUTION
If the destination device does not have a destination ATM address assigned, or has
a different ATM address assigned, the SPVP will NOT be created.

Use the arrow keys to highlight the TOGGLE PERSISTENCE command at the bottom
of the screen.
Setting the ATOM persistence to "ON" signifies that in the event that the 9A686-04

module or SmartSwitch 9500 chassis is reset, this SPVP will still exist after boot up.
CAUTION
Setting the ATOM persistence to "OFF" signifies that if the module or chassis is
reset, this SPVP will be lost upon boot up.
12.
Press ENTER to toggle between the options until the desired setting displays in the ATOM
Persistence is: field.
13.
Use the arrow keys to highlight the CREATE SPVP command at the bottom of the screen.
14.
Press ENTER. If all the values entered in the applicable fields are valid, the source end of
the SPVP is created.
