2 Click Tools > Internet Options to display the Internet Options dialog box.
3 Click the Security tab.
4 Click the Custom level option.
5 Ensure that the following settings are enabled:
Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins
Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe for
scripting
6 Restart the browser.
