Crusher Panel Up Limit Switch Test

Successful completion of this test ensures that the arm operation is disabled when the crusher panel
(see Figure 1-5) is not in its stowed position.
For this test, proceed as follows:
1.
Start the truck.
2.
Engage the hydraulic pump.
3. Lower the crusher panel.
4. Try to move the automated arm with the joystick.
5. If the automated arm is still operative with the crusher panel down, the Crusher Panel Up limit
switch (see Figure 2-19) may need to be adjusted or replaced. Refer to the Limit and Proximity
Switches section in the Maintenance Manual for proper procedure.
