Unloading Procedure (Vehicles w/ Full-Eject Body)

the packer. The unloading process is an easy one thanks to the multiplex system, which is installed in
all A
UTOMIZER
automatically, that is the opening of the tailgate and the ejection of refuse from the storage body.
Retracting the packer and closing the tailgate must be done manually.
Once you have completed your collection route, fully raise the crusher panel (if installed), and park
the automated arm alongside the hopper.
Warning!
The following is the standard unloading procedure:
1.
Drive the vehicle to the landfill.
2.
Ensure the vehicle is on safe, stable and level ground.
3.
Check the overhead clearance before opening the tailgate.
4.
Remove the tailgate safety pins (see Figure 4-11).

On the control panel, press and hold the A
This switch must be kept down for the unloading process to continue. Releasing it will stop the
process immediately no matter what function was active.
As soon as you press this switch, the tailgate will open. Then, once the tailgate is completely open,
forming a 90
strokes before the complete and final stroke. This is done this way to prevent waste or refuse from
piling up on the follower panels, which would ultimately fall behind the packer. The number of
short strokes made by the packer during the unloading process is set at the factory.
