Unloading the Right-Hand Side Compartment of the Body
To unload the right-hand side compartment of the body (with full ICC bumper installed on the left-
hand side tailgate):
1.
Set the parking brake, then exit the cab.
2.
Remove both tailgate safety pins, then return to the cab.
3.
On the in-cab control panel, press the L
(see Figure A-7) and fully open the left-hand side tailgate by pressing and holding down the
T
AILGATE
This will prevent the ICC bumper from hitting the ground when the body is raised.
If the left-hand side tailgate is not fully open, the body can not be raised.

On the in-cab control panel, press the R
(see Figure A-7) and fully open the right-hand side tailgate by pressing and holding down the
T
AILGATE
5.
Raise the body by pressing and holding down the B
(see Figure A-9).
Waste starts to slide out as the body raises.
6.
Slowly move the vehicle forward to prevent material from piling up under the tailgate.
7.
If necessary, cycle the packer until all the refuse has been ejected, then lower the body by pressing
and holding down the B
8.
Apply the parking brake.
9.
Proceed with the cleaning of the locking mechanism area.
10.
Close and lock the right-hand side tailgate by pressing and holding down the T
switch on the in-cab control panel (see Figure A-8).
11.
Close and lock the left-hand side tailgate. To do so:
Press the L

Press and hold down the T
11 b.
12.
Put both safety pins back in place.
