enabled and the files are not in
existence or these files are
created following a Reset
Accounting. ( XXXXXXXXXXXX
represents the Job Accounting
or Paper Accounting file.
Media has jammed in the drum

One of the duplexer doors is
open.
The Cancel key has been
pressed and the End Job option
selected.
The size of the non-empty
