Turn off and unplug the printer.

If you have an EXD, open the
duplexer's rear cover.
If not, skip to step 3.

Pull the latch to release the top cover,
and then open the cover.
Note: The illustrations for step 3 and step

4 show the printer without the duplexer.
However, the instructions are the same
for all models.

Open the printer's front cover, release the OPC belt cartridge green lock
levers, and remove the OPC belt cartridge.
