If there still is a jam message,
open the printer's top cover.
Pull the top latch to release the top
cover.
Caution: If you have a duplex model,
make sure you have opened the
duplexer's rear cover first. See
"Duplexer Jams" on page 8-10.
Forced opening of the top cover first
may damage the unit.

Remove the jammed media by pulling it toward you.

If it didn't come out easily, open
the green fuser roller pressure
release levers (one at each end of
the fuser).
