Specifies the media size in the upper (standard) cassette if it's
something other than A4, Legal, or Letter (the typical sizes the
cassette expects).

Specifies the media size in the optional cassette if it's something
other than A4, Legal, or Letter (the typical sizes the cassette
expects).
