Enters the mass ％.
Calculate the number of element and mass (％) from entered chemical formula and total
mass, and display it in the list.
Nothing：Anything will not do.
Observation OFF：Turn off the electron beam (observation).
Beam Blanking：Starts beam-blanking automatically.
Simple：Simultaneously with starting to analyze it is switched to simple display.
Detailed：Simultaneously with starting to analyze it is switched to detailed display.
Keep Settings：Even if the analysis is started, the current display is not switched.
