6.2.13.e Create montage with netmap or quantitative map
1.
Select F.O.V you want to display the net map and quantitative map.
When you want to select multiple F.O.V, click it while pressing the Ctrl key.

Click the Re-create icon.
This icon is effective only when performing the EDS measurement.
3.
Select "Map Kind", and click the Execute button.
When the map image is recreated, a message appears as follows
No.ISMIT200-1E
"Net count" and "Quantification"
If the net map or quantification map is
not created beforehand, it cannot select.
