Select the purpose items by the "Move stage ?"

Click the position to observe on the holder graphic.
Click the position to observe on the image. A green rectangle moves
At the above items, when the "Do not move stage" is selected, the rectangle is not moved.

When the stage stops, tick Start observation automatically after stage movement checkbox.
Tick this checkbox, an electron beam is irradiated automatically on the specimen, and a image is displayed.

Click the Start Observation button.
The stage is moved to the observation position, the specimen exchange screen is closed.
※Click the Stop button, the observation range is not influenced and specimen exchange screen is closed.
When the specimen chamber camera (chamber scope) switches OFF during setting the observation
condition, an message is displayed.
