5.10.10 Search a target from the specimen holder
1.
Lower than the SEM observation magnification.
2.
SEM image of the observation screen changes to the specimen holder image.
3.
Drag in the observation screen so that a target moves in the SEM view.
4.
Upper the magnification, start the observation.
By photographing the navigation image with the stage navigation system (option), the stage graphic
image switches to the navigation image, so it can operate more intuitively.
※SEM image position on the SNS image may be shifted in the following cases.
・Specimen height is protruded from the holder surface.
・WD is not 10 mm. (Other than WD10 mm)
※When the field of view is rotated using the Stage R or SRT, SEM image and SNS image is
unmatched.
