8.3.4 Adding layout

Click layout icon to add.
a. Adding a sample image
Add a frame used to display the specimen holder graphic or the photo image.
b. Adding the SEM image
Add a frame used to display the scan image data acquired with the electron microscope.
c. Add the spectrum image.
Add a frame used to display the spectrum data acquired with the EDS.

Single: Displays one quantitative result for one spectrum item.

Parallel:

Multiple:
d. Add the line
Add a frame used to display the line data acquired with the EDS.

Multiple: Displays only one frame in which an element is inserted.

Parallel: Displays multiple frames in which each of the several elements is inserted.
e. Add the map
add a frame used to display the map image acquired with the EDS.
f. Add a whole spectrum
Add a frame used to display the whole spectrum data composed of the line and map data acquired
with the EDS.
※Place the Line and Map layouts to enable this function.
