4.8 COORDINATES DISPLAY
The current coordinates is displayed, click one of each items, the stage can be moved by the coordinates
specification. Click SRT, the manual adjustment tool is displayed and an image can be rotated.
The display of coordinates will change depending on the mounted motor drive shaft.
