Close Windows
Click the Start on the Windows desktop screen.
Select Shutdown ⇒ Windows shutdown ⇒ Shutdown ⇒ Yes

Turn OFF the power supplies for the monitor, printer, and other devices (set to ○).

Turn OFF the power supply for the PC (set to ○).
9.
Turn OFF the power for EDS detector.
For details, please refer to the instruction manual for the EDS detector.
10.
Stop the instrument.
Set the key switch for the MAIN POWER on the main console panel to ○ (OFF).
