<The moving range of the 32mm diameter specimen holder>
For motor drive stage
◆CAUTION◆
• Z value of the table is Z-axis value of the GUI (reading value of Z sensor).
When you entered "specimen height value, it becomes a value in which the value of "Specimen height" is
subtracted from Z value of Stage window.
• The following movement range is not considering a sample size of height direction.
The following movement range is based on a sample is not protruded above the holder surface.
If a sample protrudes above the holder surface, the following movement range does not secure, please
use the "Specimen height".
• When the motor drive stage
The following movement range becomes a value in which the value of T axis coordinates that is moved
by manual operation is inputted to the T value of the stage window. If you do not input the T axis
coordinates to the T value, the T axis becomes an origin (0 degree). Then, the following movement range
does not secure.
Ex.)32mm dia. holder, Z=30mm:When the T axis is slanted to 65 degree by the manual operation
When you input 65 degree to the T value in the stage window (T=65°)
‐57.00≦X≦+15.00、‐10.00≦Y≦+25.00
When you do not input 65 degree to the T value in the stage window (T=0°)
‐57.00≦X≦+15.00、‐15.00≦Y≦+25.00
