0x604B vl_setpoint_factor
This object is used to configure the numerator and denominator of the vl_setpoint_factor. The
vl_setpoint_factor modifies the resolution or directing range of the specified setpoint. It does not
influence the velocity limit function and the ramp function. A value of 0 must not be used.
