3. Install all fans:
The installation procedures for air cooling and liquid cooling fans are the same. This procedure shows the installation step for the air
cooling fan.
a. Lower the fan into the bay (callout 1).
b. Press down on the fan to make sure that it is seated firmly in the bay (callout 2). A click sound indicates that the fan is properly
engaged.
4. Install the processor mezzanine tray .
5. Install the access panel .
6. Perform the post-installation or maintenance steps required by the procedure that necessitates the removal of the fan cage.
