6. Using the ThermoBrite Elite Software
6.4.1.3 Pause Step
Use this option to add a specific instruction and to pause the protocol run. This option is the same as the Pause sub-step.
See Reagent Step Pause.
1. Click the Add drop-down list, then select Pause.
The Protocol Pause Step window is displayed.
2. In the Comments field, enter an instruction for the pause step.
3. Click Update.
