The Protocol Reagent Step window is displayed. By default, the Reagent steps are pre-populated with the
following options:
Fill (Required step)
l
Rock
l
Temp
l
Incubate
l
Drain
l
3. In the Reagent Step list, double-click Reagent. The Reagent and Bottle fields are displayed.
4. In the Reagent drop-down list, select a reagent. If the reagent is not in the drop-down list, manually enter the name
of the reagent.
5. In the Bottle drop-down list, select a number to be assigned to the bottle.
