3. Carefully thread the black port connector into the appropriate port in the Reagent Manifold by turning clockwise
until finger tight. Each tube is labeled with a number to match the port.
The connector must be fully engaged into the Reagent Manifold or leakage may occur.
If the connector does not screw in easily, then unscrew and re-align it. Do NOT force a misaligned
connector as this may damage the thread and lead to leakage.
4. Insert the fitting on the cap of each Reagent Bottle and then twist to lock.
