3. Installation
Where Leica Biosystems has provided you with a translation of the English language version of this agreement, then you
agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the English language versions of the agreement
will govern your relationship with Leica Biosystems, which language shall be controlling and any revision of this
agreement in any other language shall not be binding. Both parties agree that this agreement is the complete and
exclusive statement of the mutual understanding of the parties relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
