3-22 Rotating the Carriage Clamp Using the Handwheel
Align the thread in the handwheel with the
groove on the shaft of the reducer, and
insert.
Turn the handwheel to move the carriage
clamps.
• The clamps move in the forward direction when
the handwheel is turned clockwise.
Remove the handwheel from the coupling
on the reducer.
Return the handwheel, close the cover
feed section cover, and then release the
Emergency Stop button.
Return to the home position, and do the
changeover.
(1) Press .
The display changes to the Information – Main
screen.
(2) Press
The display changes to the Setup – Binding
screen.
(3) Press
The display changes to the Setup – Check
screen.
(4) Press .
The machine will return all parts to the home
positions and start the changeover.
• The carriage clamp will return to its proper
position.
