3-4 Setting the Covers
Remove the cover lifting guide.
• Remove the guide by lifting it up.
Set the cover transport guides to match
the cover length.
• Install each guide so that it is straight.
• If the side of the cover is curled, use these
guides to hold the cover down so that the cover
is transported smoothly.
Install the guides at points where they do
not hit the cover tail edge positioners. If a
guide hits a moving cover tail edge
positioner, the guide can be bent.
Install the cover lifting guide.
