Replace the head of the power switch.
• Remove the red/yellow handle and install the
black handle.
• When T-470 is installed, current carrying
part exists although the drive power
switch is turned off. To prevent the
electrical shock while maintenance
opration, make sure to install the black
handle to the drive power switch to
remind the user that the main power on
T-470 must be turned off.
How to check the connection of the wires
1. Turn on the red Main Power switch, and
turn off the black Power switch, and
then turn on the heater for the glue tank
using the T-470.
2. Check the rotating direction of the fan in
the smoke extractor.
3. Turn on off the Main Power switch, and
remove the thin cable which was
connected in step 3.
4. Turn on both of the Main Power switch
and the black Power switch to turn on
the heater for the glue tank.
5. Check the rotating direction of the fan in
the smoke extractor.
6. If the rotating direction in step 2 is
different from the rotating direction in
step 5, the BQ-470 power cable is not
correctly connected to the terminal
board of T-470. Do the operation in step
1 on page 190 again.
If all of the three wires are connected
incorrectly, you cannot find incorrect
connections by the procedures above.
Check the connections by sight, and
make these checks supplementarily.
