3-18 Setting for the PUR glue
Check the PUR chip cutter.
When the PUR chip cutter is not installed

When the PUR chip cutter is installed

Install the PUR chip cutter and spacers.
(1) Perform the steps
Replacing the PUR Chip Cutter].
(2) Install four spacers and the chip cutter using
four mounting screws.
• When the milling cutter is not
resharpened, install four spacers under
the chip cutter.
• When the height of the milling cutter
lowers because of resharpening, spacers
are installed under the milling cutter.
Therefore, reduce the number of the
spacers under the chip cutter not to
change the height of the milling cutter.
(3) Install the milling guide clamp blocks, rear
milling guide, register side brush, and adjusting
side brush in the reverse order of removal.
Check the PUR chip cutter.
See Section 3-2-1 to replace the EVA tank
with PUR tank.
