5-11 Replacing the Milling Cutter
Check that the milling cutter and upper
knife do not touch.
(1) Turn the power switch on.
(2) Press the Emergency Stop button.
(3) While pressing the Brake Release button, turn
the milling cutter counterclockwise by hand.
Install the front milling guide.
(1) While turning the pulley clockwise by hand,
install the front milling guide.
(2) Install the right milling guide clamp block.
(3) Install the left milling guide clamp block.
(4) After installing the blocks, check whether the
milling guides move smoothly by turning the
pulley by hand.
Upper knife
Brake Release button
While pressing the Brake
Release button,
turn the milling cutter
counterclockwise.
