Rotating the Carriage Clamp Using the Handwheel

Turn the handwheel to move the carriage clamps if you want to move them a short distance. You can
also use this if a book is caught in the milling section and you need to move the clamps backwards.
Close the carriage clamp before moving
the clamp manually.
Otherwise, the clamp may collide with
other parts.
Close the carriage clamp using the single
operation mode.
(1) Press
The display changes to the Information – Main
screen.
(2) Press
The display changes to the Information –
Single Operation Carriage Clamp screen.
(3) Press
The display changes to the Information –
Single Operation Delivery screen.
(4) Press
The delivery section returns to the home
position.
(5) Press
This closes the carriage clamp.
Press the Emergency Stop button.
Remove the handwheel.
• The handwheel is installed in the handwheel
holder at the back of the cover feed section.
Open the cover feed section cover.
