Cause and solution
Press the OK button on the screen. Turn the power switch to Off, and wait 10 seconds before
turning it back to On. If the problem occurs again, call the service technician.
The circuit breaker for the clamp rotation motor may have been tripped. Turn the power switch to
Off, and check the circuit breaker. (See Section 5-17.) If the problem occurs again, call the
service technician.
Press the OK button on the screen. Turn the power switch to Off, and wait 10 seconds before
turning it back to On. If the problem occurs again, call the service technician.
Press the OK button on the screen. Check whether the communication cable between the
machine and the i2i PCB is connected properly. Turn the power switch to Off, and wait 10
seconds before turning it back to On. If the problem occurs again, call the service technician.
Press the OK button on the screen. Check whether the communication cable between the
machine and the externally connected device is connected properly. Turn the power switch to
Off, and wait 10 seconds before turning it back to On. If the problem occurs again, call the
service technician.
Press the OK button on the screen. Check the wiring/connection between the BQ-470 and the
SI-470A. Turn the Power switch Off, and wait ten seconds before turning it back again. If the
problem occurs again, call the service technician.
The date/time setting is incorrect. Set the date and time again using the Information – Main
screen. If the error occurs again even after the date and time have been set again, place a
service call.
The battery mounted in the back of the touch panel must be replaced. Call the service technician.
Press the OK button on the screen. Check that there is no obstacle in the way of the slider. If it is
OK, turn the Power switch Off, and wait ten seconds before turning it back again. If the problem
occurs again, call the service technician.
Press the OK button on the screen. Check the wiring/connection between the BQ-470 and the
SI-470A. Turn the Power switch Off, and wait ten seconds before turning it back again. If the
problem occurs again, call the service technician.
There is a problem with memorized home position. Press the OK button on the screen. Turn the
power switch to Off, and wait 10 seconds before turning it back to On. If the problem occurs
again, call the service technician.
There is a problem with memorized home position. Set all the value to 0 on the Information-
Administrator Home Position Correct screen. If the problem occurs again, call the service
technician.
Press the OK button on the screen. Check the wiring/connection between the BQ-470 and the
SI-470A. Turn the Power switch Off, and wait ten seconds before turning it back again. If the
problem occurs again, call the service technician.
There is a problem with memorized job data. Press the OK button on the screen. Turn the power switch to Off, and
wait 10 seconds before turning it back to On. If the problem occurs again, call the service technician.
There is a problem with Touch Panel. Press the OK button on the screen. Turn the power switch to Off, and
wait 10 seconds before turning it back to On. If the problem occurs again, call the service technician.
