There is a problem in the clamp width adjustment mechanism. Press the OK button on the screen.
Turn the power switch to Off, and wait 10 seconds before turning it back to On. If the problem
occurs again, call the service technician.
Check that the encoder signal cable for the servo motor is connected correctly.
Press the OK button on the screen. Turn the power switch to Off, and wait 10 seconds before
turning it back to On. If the problem occurs again, call the service technician.
Press the OK button on the screen. Turn the power switch to Off, and wait 10 seconds before
turning it back to On. If the problem occurs again, call the service technician.
The button was pressed while the cover was closed. There is a problem with the Milling Brake
Release button. Press the OK button on the screen. Press the Milling Brake Release button
several times. If the problem persists, turn the power switch to Off, and wait 10 seconds before
turning it back to On. If the problem occurs again, call the service technician.
Press the OK button on the screen. Turn the power switch to Off, and wait 10 seconds before
turning it back to On. If the problem occurs again, call the service technician.
The circuit breaker for the heater for the side glue tank may have been tripped. Turn the power
switch to Off, and check the circuit breaker. (Refer to Section 5-17). If there is nothing wrong with
the circuit breaker, the thermal fuse may have blown. Refer to Section 5-19, and replace the
thermal fuse (supplied accessory).
Press the OK button on the screen. Turn the power switch to Off, and wait 10 seconds before
turning it back to On. If the problem occurs again, call the service technician.
The circuit breaker for the heater for the spine glue tank may have been tripped. Turn the power
switch to Off, and check the circuit breaker. (Refer to Section 5-17). If there is nothing wrong with
the circuit breaker, the thermal fuse may have blown. Refer to Section 5-19, and replace the
thermal fuse (supplied accessory).
Press the OK button on the screen. Turn the power switch to Off, and wait 10 seconds before
turning it back to On. If the problem occurs again, call the service technician.
A problem has occurred during a nipper raising operation. The circuit breaker for the nipper
operation motor may have been tripped. Turn the power switch to Off, and check the circuit
breaker. (Refer to Section 5-17). If the problem occurs again even if nothing is wrong with the
circuit breaker, place a service call.
A problem has occurred during a nipper lowering operation. The circuit breaker for the nipper
operation motor may have been tripped. Turn the power switch to Off, and check the circuit
breaker. (Refer to Section 5-17). If the problem occurs again even if nothing is wrong with the

A problem has occurred during the table raising operation. Turn the power switch to Off, and wait

wait 10 seconds before turning it back to On. If the problem occurs again, call the service
technician.
