This screen appears only if fine adjustments have been made to the clamp width.

Fine adjustments
Clamp width:
0 to +20.0 mm (0" to +0.785") (in
0.5 mm or 0.020" increments)
Milling guide width:
0 to +15.0 mm (0" to +0.590") (in
0.1 mm or 0.005" increments)
Nipper width:
–0.5 to +1.0 mm (–0.020" to +0.040")
(in 0.1 mm or 0.005" increments)
Nipping delay time:
0 to 30.0 sec. (in 0.1 sec. increments)
Nipping operating time:
0 to 30.0 sec. (in 0.1 sec. increments)
Delivery guide position:
0 to 15.0 mm (0" to +0.590") (in
1.0 mm or 0.040" increments)
Delivery brush position:
0 to 20.0 mm (0" to +0.785") (in
1.0 mm or 0.040" increments)
Delivery Conveyor :
OK button
This resets any fine adjustments which have been changed,
and returns them to their original settings.
Cancel button
This cancels the reset operation, and returns to the
Bookbinding – Fine Adjustment screen.
Checking the clamp width adjustment
All adjustment button
This rotates the carriage clamp and adjusts
all the clamp widths.
Sequential adjustment button
During binding, this adjusts the width of
each clamp as it moves into position at the
front of the machine.
Cancel button
This cancels the fine adjustment of the
clamp width, and the Movement Destination
screen appears.
Select this button usually.
Select this button if a thin
book block is hard to be
delivered.
Select this button if you do
a test binding. The book
stops on the conveyor.
