3-2 Doing the Changeover
Install the new tank unit.
(1) Place the replacement tank unit on the lifter.
Check that the hole positions on the
lifter align with the holes on the
underside of the tank unit.
(2) Use the lifter to move the tank unit into the
machine.
Check that the pedestal positioning pins
on the tank unit align with the holes in
the rails.
(3) Lower the lifter slowly, and place the tank unit
on the rails.
Check that the pedestal positioning pins
have been inserted into the holes in the
rails.
Do not lower the lifter too low. Otherwise
the lifter can hit against the other parts
inside of machine.

CAUTION
Pedestal Positioning Pin
Align the pins on the tank unit with the holes in
the rails, and install the tank unit.
(There are two pins on the tank unit.)
Lifter Operation:
Knob
Turn the knob slowly
to lower the lifter.
