5-13 Replacing the EVA Notching Cutters
Install the new notching cutters.
(1) Insert the new notching cutter so that the high
end of the blade faces the direction of rotation.
Each notching cutter has a blade at each
end, so it can be used twice.
Place the set gauge here
In case of M164453 Trapezoidal-Edge Cutter
(Edge faces inward. Installed to the machine at shipment.)
Install the cutter so that the
high end faces the direction
of rotation.
When you
mount the
cutter
upside down,
tighten the
mounting screw
on this face.
Tighten the mounting
screw on this face.
In case of M051609 Trapezoidal-Edge
(Parallel to rotating direction. Standard accessory)
