CURRENT LOOP CONNECTIONS
Ohms on the schematic. These resistors provide
for 20 mA Current Loops on both Input and
Output. If a 60 m A Current Loop is needed, the
values of these two resistors should be changed
to 100 Ohms.

SIO TEST PROGRAMS
with the SIO. To use the test programs the board
should have the status bits configured as defined
in Section 1.
SIO TEST 1
with the peripheral to be used for this test.
The starting address is 3100H. The value of the
sense switches is continuously output as a
character;and an input character (if any)
is displayed in the Sense Lights.
Lights will display the last character until
a .new character is received.
the Sense Lights will be set to all ones.
program will pause for fifteen seconds each time
the value of the Sense Switches is changed.
SIO TEST 2
the peripheral to be used for this test. The
starting address is 3103H. The SIO RRDY signal
is continuously monitored and each time a
character is received, it is transmitted to
the SIO output. Errors on input cause the c har
